Abby came to ARCFIT with a desire to lose weight and start living a healthy lifestyle. Abby started off in one of our online fitness and nutrition accountability groups. Not long after her first group, she reached out about personal training services.

Abby did not waste anytime jumping right into her fitness routine. She dedicated herself to working out 5 days a week and is always pushing herself. Since starting her training plan, Abby has already began to notice her figure slimming, and has been getting stronger as she progresses into her workouts. She currently shows a significant difference in figure and form from starting her workout program to now, and I know she is going to continue pushing to reach her ultimate goals!

I am so proud to be able to call Abby my client and am looking forward to everything she is able to accomplish in the future as she gets further into her fitness and healthy journey!
