Memorial Day is 5 weeks away! You know what that means- sunshine, summertime, shorts, tanks, and vacations! FINALLY, right?! It isn’t too late to get started NOW so we can be looking and more importantly FEELING our best by then. It is HARD to learn to eat healthy. It is HARD to exercise everyday. It is HARD to stay motivated and accountable… BUT I am going to make it EASY for you! I am looking for 3 more ladies to join me in my MEMORIAL DAY MELTDOWN accountability group starting preseason April 28th! (Workouts start April 30th!) Here’s how I’ll make it EASY:-Simple portion controlled nutrition.-Sample meal plans and personalized meal planning.-30 minutes or less workouts.-Daily tips and tricks for that sweet tooth, meal prepping, and more!-Healthy recipes-A group full of motivated and fun people!

So what do I need to do to join the fitness/health challenge group?
- You make me your coach by going to my site and creating a free profile here
- Either fill out the challenge group application below or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org to be considered for a spot in the accountability group!
- From there we will figure out which fitness program meets your needs.
- You check in and participate in the group and turn to it for support, motivation, and questions!
